THE PERFECT PHOTO
To ensure a high quality pet portrait is delivered to you, the photo you provide plays a crucial role in the resolution of your portrait. Please read the following guidelines to make sure your photo is the perfect one:
- Take a photo or choose an existing photo that is taken in daylight or in a brightly lit room.
- Ensure the whole face & neck is visible and not in shadows.
- Avoid filtered photos to ensure we correctly capture the colour of your fur-friend.
- We recommend that your pets is looking directly at the camera at eye level to ensure a front on photo. Other positions are acceptable, however your pet will be shown in that position, head to shoulder, in the final product
- Accessories such as collars, leashes, bows, hats... will be illustrated in your portrait.
- Make sure you are happy with your photo you provide us with as your pet portrait will be mirrored exactly!
